We not only work our orchards, but the fifth generation of our family now lives and plays in them. We monitor our trees, use beneficial insects, bio and organic controls, and soft conventional controls only as a last resort. Continual process improvement is a key to our success, and we continue to be innovative while maintaining our heritage of producing the best.We have a food safety program tha includes a HACCP plan and Good Agricultural Practices to ensure food safety from farm to fork. We feel that it is important to understand where your food comes from, and always welcome visitors. Our on site government regulated commercial processing facility is where we produce our jams, salsa, sauces, pies and dried items using our high quality fruits and vegetables.
